On the upper level, all three double bedrooms have sea views, with a shared bathroom and separate WC. Beautiful linen and towels with natural and luxurious ‘Real World’ body products included to restore you!

Generous open plan entertaining downstairs. Insulated with a gas fire. Spacious downstairs toilet.

We use Hawkes Bay products and NZ made where possible. Natural range of hand and body wash by Real World. Egyptian cotton sheets and Wallace Cotton duvets.

The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you wish to whizz up a culinary delight, just add food!

  • Please do not let dogs upstairs or on any furniture.

  • As the Villa is in a quiet area, barking is not acceptable.
  • If in doubt, please ask first before booking.

“Absolutely stunning views, and such a warm and cosy home. It has everything you need and the deck gets all the afternoon sun. Very easy to walk into the town to find coffee and lots of restaurants (short but steep hill to get home, but the views make it totally worth it!). Kirstie had the heating on for us when we arrived which was really thoughtful, beds were also super comfortable. Highly recommend, and we’ll def stay again!”
